We were charged more money than the app showed. Owner was telling us that we were wrong even though I was showing her the app and the price of our booking. Everything was dusty and some parts of the apartment were dirty. When we arrived we found dirty towel on the floor in the middle of the room, setting the tone of our stay. The owner came to pick up the money and argued with us about the payment. We asked her for a late checkout (she offered us to leave at 12 instead of 9:30) and she said it is okay for a price of five euros. I feel that she just made up that in the head. Maybe I am wrong about this but it felt like she just want quick money and there was nothing personal about staying here, also 9:30 is such an early checkout, I feel that this is tactic for her to earn extra cash. We didn't have toilet paper and found already used bars of soap (maybe you should bring soap when you book apartment, but I feel that this is not practice at all). When I asked her about the toilet paper she brought one toilet paper roll only. AC (Air-conditioning) was so loud that you couldn't sleep, so we turned it off. Due to the high ceilings soon enough room became cold. Without it room cannot be warm, two radiators couldn't make it nearly cosy, but with it you feel like you have helicopter on the roof. Two televisions in the apartment and none is functional. One is plugged in the electricity but doesn't have any channels, the other is mounted on the wall but there was no remote controller for it. After I asked for the remote controller I was ignored and I was given only one thing. You can guess, one roll of toilet paper. My time here was good, because I was with my girlfriend and we literally need minimum conditions, but the act of the owner is the reason why I am writing this. It is not as good as it seems but she thinks like everything is spot on.
