"Είχαμε απαράδεκτη αντιμετώπιση"

Δεν έχω γνώμη καθώς μας τηλεφώνησαν μια μέρα πριν κ μας ζήτησαν να μην πάμε (η κράτηση είχε πληρωθεί κ στους όρους ήταν χωρίς επιστροφή χρημάτων), γιατί προτιμούσαν/τους βόλευε να δώσουν το δωμάτιο σε άλλους κ μας το είπαν κιόλας. Μάλιστα μου μεταφέρθηκε κ μια δυσαρέσκεια ότι θα μας γυρίσουν τα χρήματα, αλλά θα πρέπει να πληρώσουν στην booking την προμήθειά της, λες κ αυτό ήταν δικό μας θέμα. Εμείς βρεθήκαμε να ψάχνουμε άλλο κατάλυμα παραμονή της άφιξής μας. Απλά απαράδεκτη διαχείριση.
