Huge Stylish Apartment Monroe 1 / City Centre

The apartment has an unbearable location at the very heart of Old Plovdiv, close to the Ancient town, Kapana with its lovely restaurants and pubs, and the main shopping street. It’s very convenient for a large group or family.

It was rather smelly, wasn’t cleaned up. The lock of one of the two bathrooms was broken.

Best location in downtown Plovdiv, bar none! Everything is a short walking distance from the apartment - 1st century amphi theater, boutiques, grocery store, Roman stadium, coffee shops, restaurants, Kapana district, the old city, etc. The apartment is spacious and equipped with everything needed. The host is very responsive to inquiries. We stayed for three weeks and everything was great!

When it comes to being in the center of the city, this place is at the top of the list! Located right next to the Roman stadium, this luxurious apartment puts you right in the middle of the city center, where everything is within short walking distance. Restaurants, boutiques, grocery store, pharmacy, shopping malls, coffee shops, the old town, the 1st century Roman theater and anything you may need is right there at your finger tips. When we saw the pictures of the apartment, we were left with the impression that there was only one bathroom, but to our pleasant surprise, it turned out that there were two of them! Bonus! On top of that, we discovered that there was a balcony type of room with a removable canopy on top, where one could dry his/her laundry and sit for a drink on a cool day/night! Bonus #2! The four spacious bedrooms are well furnished and comfortable. The washer and dishwasher really help when you have a longer stay! The apartment must also have been renovated recently as it looks modern inside. We will definitely stay here again!

It was so so dirty. When we tried to take a shower the water was not draining… In one of the bedroom the spiderweb was maybe half meter. The sheets were dirty, I saw a lot of hair on my sheet. The good part (if it’s right to say that its good) was that we saw were they were storage the “clean sheets” and we changed by ourselves the sheets.

The location is very central.

The appartment was very dirty with signs of abanodoment. Spider webs on the cieling, full of hair water siphon in the shower, no bateries in the remote control of the tvs, very dirty glasses in the kitchen.Since we paid for it we only used it for sleeping and we were all day out with no joy to go back there. Lack of communication with the owner. When we left we called him to arrange were to leave the keys but he never responded.
