Toilet leak on floor when flushed but was mopped up immediately no fan in room

Nice owner. Very cheap

Bathroom and bedroom was not very clean. Rooms are small with very thin walls, you can hear everything outside of your room.

Great location

Overall not very clean, room was small, very little room for bags. No wall socket in room so we had to charge things in the hallway. Mattress and pillows were very cheap/plastic feeling, so quite hot and very uncomfortable. There was only a fitted sheet and fleece blanket on the bed, no sheet in between. Hair in the bed when we pulled the blanket back.

Our room was not clean when we got it. Hair, dirt and dust in the bed. We had to ask to give us new bed sheets. Then it was ok. Room was dark and you could hear everything from the other rooms.

Great location and the friendly caretaker. With warm water to bath.

Some hiccups on my arrival. As the hostal has messed up my arrival date. I was transported to Hotel Real 2 and transported back to Hostel Balcony on the first day of stay. The bed was filled with curly hair and some clumps of dirt by the time I removed the cover blanket on the bed, and that is disgusting.
