Sigulda City Center Holiday House

Everything, I don't think I've ever said that before. It is a short walk from the town centre and train station but a very quiet location. The host goes above and beyond to ensure everything is just perfect, very friendly, and always on hand. The apartment itself is designed beautifully it's warm and cosy. The shower is so good that it's hard to get out. There is a lovely warm fire that heats the whole holiday home easily. There is everything you could need there. If I'm ever going to Sigulda again I'll definitely book.

The house was just as described and very clean and comfortable. It was nice to have some outside space and a parking space. It's only about a 10 minute walk mainly through the park to shops, restaurants and the train station. We didn't meet the host but he was prompt at providing check-in information. The cat was very friendly!

A great place for short or longer stays. The house is in the center, so it is convenient to reach all the desired points on foot or by bicycle. The house is neat, clean, the environment is well-kept. Normunds is extremely kind, caring and helpful, he provided all the necessary information. We'll definitely be back if we will be in the town.

Maybe the bed is a bit narrow for two, but that's not a problem. This is a way to sleep closer to a husband 😀

Beautiful little house with stunning garden. Very stylish - owners did an amazing job. Kids did enjoy trampoline a lot. Fresh apples right from the tree. The kitchen has everything you need for a few days' stay.

The bedroom doesn't have a proper curtain, in the morning it's a bit disturbing. House didn't have an iron or steamer. We have stayed only 2 nights, and it was OKish. But if we had come for longer, it would be hard for family with 2 kids.

Very central location close to all amenities. The property had everything what we wanted and more! The House and gardens are kept and maintained very well. As we were staying for a month the only thing we were missing was the washing machine. Probably not a priority for those who are staying short term.

The place was very clean and in a good location, the owner met me at the property and was friendly.

The rental house garden is separated by a see-through fence from the owner's garden and when I visited in April, the plants still did not have leaves, so the garden was completely exposed to the owner's house windows, so it felt like there was very little privacy. Also the pipes from the heating made quite a lot of noise and the living room was dark. I think if visiting in summer, it is probably a nicer experience than what I had.
