Comfortable room. Rooftop restaurant with great food and city view.

Reception service was very poor and there seems to be miscommunication across the team. Defective ventilation in the first room provided, but stained bedsheet in the second room. Breakfast was around 10euros per person, which was clearly overpriced for what they offer. The service was definitely not what I would expect from a so-claimed 5-star hotel.

Staff were very good especially Monuweir who helped me for taxi hire and local sightseeing.

Service - rude staff - tanisha and savjanna at the reception desk and the valet staff - extremely rude and miserable 1 ironing board to share with rest of the rooms No body lotion provided Rooms were dusty Lack of communication before checking in - basically impossible to communicate with the hotel until you are checked in I booked an extra night on booking and they asked me to transfer money to guarantee booking which looked very dodgy even though I was already staying at the hotel… I booked ‘no prepayment needed’ and they asked for funds before, even though I was staying there, very odd, recieved no communication from hotel, only when they wanted me to transfer money to some random account

It’s new and it’s in a convenient location. Rooms, bathrooms and amenities are great.

Hotel is almost great but it’s hampered by untrained staff specially on the reception side. Almost all the staff at the receptions seems to not know what they are doing , they don’t know how to smile or greet guest properly. Service at the reception is lacking and very very slow. Saw a few disgruntled guest complaining how slow they are during checkin and check out.
