Too much noise Connected style room (too noisy) No swimming pool Jacuzzi costs extra money (why?) Cleaning staff don't replace your room with new items like slippers, dental kits when you stay extra days

Had a wonderful stay with my parents at Parallel hotel. My father needed wheel chair and they readily provided it from day 1. All requests from food to using any facilities were accommodated without any hesitation. The staff at their Firki restaurant is amazing. The house keeping and front desk staff is also very cooperative. I am definitely coming back. The view from the Taro and firki restaurant is a treat.

Fantastic property with a wonderful gym. Well located and wonderful staff & service. The upkeep of the room is top notch along with the complementary items both free and paid.
