Lots of room, very clean and comfortable

It was a lengthy process to stay

Absolutely disappointing Never more book this accommodation Everything broken Smelly all rooms us dump and mould Find some dead spiders Mould in bathroom and under sink

When say to owner i don't want stay return my money she say no. I am with booking nearly 3 years never see worst accommodation in my life On pictures look nice bet reality kill me

I personally would like to thank the host for allowing us to have an early check-in as we arrived in Aberdeen around 8 am! the host is very accommodating and the rooms are all spacious and comfortable! the location is great as it is just nearby the university!

Insufficient indoor lighting, cockroaches were found in the living room and kitchen

This is a nice apartment for a short break. Parking available outside. Its a ground floor apartment. Its old but done up nicely and has everything you need. We had actually booked another apartment for our stay but that was cancelled by the host on the very morning when we were travelling there( very disappointed), which put us in quite a fix. So very grateful to the host of this apartment that they let us do a last minute booking. It was clean and tidy.

The bathroom floor was a bit slippery. Might need to be replaced? The booking process was a bit complicated because of the method to pay for deposit. Otherwise everything else was fine.

* Beds were clean and comfortable. * There was air freshener which was a nice touch. * Central location between airport, Aberdeen city and the countryside. * Soap, toilet paper, 3 clothes hangers and an ironing board provided

* After booking and paying the full price through Booking.com which includes a cleaning fee, we had to digitally sign contracts, pay an extra non refundable fee, give card details and photos of both sides of a payment card AND £200 was deducted from the card as a deposit. * After the above, an email and message is sent with the details to get into the property. This message also says that ALL crockery must be washed and rubbish taken out otherwise a fee would be charged on top of the cleaning fee already paid. We always leave a place tidy and respectfully but this seemed a bit over the top. * There is a camera at the front door which makes you feel like you're on Big Brother (not the subtle Ring doorbell kind). * The outside of the property was really untidy with rubbish outside and a very overgrown garden. Inside was okay though. * Noisy neighbours banging around upstairs which wasn't a big deal for us but keep in mind if you're sensitive to noise. It was an emergency, last minute booking and we didn't have time to find another place but probably would have if we had more time.

The accomodation was clean and warm and comfortable. The neighbourhood was quiet as well. My husband is in a wheelchair so it was handy to have everything on the same level.

The pile of rubbish left outside at the side of the house. It was piled up and there wasn't enough room to park our van in the driveway.

A dilapidated, not cozy at all apartment with a repulsive smell, slugs and cockroaches in the kitchen. Totally overpriced. Long check-in process.

It was very clean all round. Good kitchen equipment. Owners very helpful when I locked myself out. Comfortable beds, well presented. Good sized Bathroom with a shower over bath. So option to have a bath a good one. We'll presented in terms of cleanliness.

The bedrooms and living room need modernising Wasn't confident to use the wardrobes. Both bedrooms need a mirror. Although owners are super clean, this apartment needs modernising to be called sensational. Need to remember the code as a keyless flat.
