Love the host. Guided us and helped us check. The stay was very comfortable.

We forgot to mention this to the host, but the washroom didn't have running water in the toilet. Which was bit of an issue - but we worked it somehow.

The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, clean. The bed was comfortable. The room had an access to the kitchen. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. It was within walking distance of many popular attractions. Vegetarian restaurant is nearby.

The location is very good. many eating places around. All the city can be toured by walking. The owner is very helpful in the travel and provided good transport at a very reasonable cost. His self drive car was OK. But will advise to fix the clutch of one of his cars. very American way of taking and handing over car. The bed room A/c really works well and helped out as there was no fan in that bedroom. The one lunch we had there was good. Bathrooms and all facilities in the suite are good.

The Veda Homestay was more different than expected. Here goes the list:- 1. There was this system of door/grill gate locking which was very say Dickensian, we has to keep locking and unlocking this which was quite painful. 2. There was this rule on foot wear not allowed in the building, which was strange, folks are on vacy no times for these rules which all missed. 3. The toughest was that there was no help to get the luggage to the second floor, it was a real challenge for us a little on the older side. We some how dragged it up. There was no fridge in the kitchen. There was a gas stove and cylinder not connected. A electric hot water pot, but no sachets of tea or coffee. 4.The fans need replacing, they run but don't work. 5.The bedding needs more pillows. 6. There were no shelves to keep clothing. We had a suite for ourselves!!!!!!!! 7. There has to be a sign board for the property. Swiggy/Zomato had a hard time searching.

The owner is very friendly and cooperative. He arranged a vehicle for us very cheaply.

There was no TV.
