"Very bad"

Terribly disappointed totally out the food. Never bring go around sightseeing just stop after 30 minutes take off on boat.

Not worthy. Half board charges 5600 rupees but service is horrible. Not recommend at all.

"It was okay but much below our expectations"

Courteous staff and privacy for family were the plus points of the trip. The ride on the back waters at Alleppey is very pleasant

All facilities mentioned in the voucher were present but nothing really worked. TV was non-functional. No furniture in the rooms to keep your clothes or bags. Houseboat was invested with lizards and mosquitoes.

Property owner told that our booking is not confirmed and space is not available for stay, which raises question about booking.com confirmation about our stay. Apart from that they were asking for more money to allocate room. For me booking.com is responsible to manage these things. I think you should remove such properties from your list to keep our faith and trust on booking.com or you should charge them some penalty. I am booking my stay from booking and this is the first time where i faced such incident. It was really unacceptable and unprofessional. Take some strict action against such properties.
