The concept of accommodation and room cleanliness.

We did not like the heating system at all. It was very loud, and we could not sleep well.

The property and the location are stunning. The villas are good size with modern touches. The staff were amazing and really helpful. The restaurant was really accommodating for us and our puppy and the food was really great

Small things, like missing shower gel or some instructions regards the phone or air con. As well bedside tables are really needed.

Staff was friendly.

- there was a party in the night of the stay, impossible to sleep. I could hear the people from the party going outside and talking, screaming near the room. - furniture has seen better days. - the tain shower was broken, it threw water everywhere, ceiling, walls… - ordered food in the room, i would give the food 5/10 (prices not updated) - parking should be separated between people that rent the ballrooms for party and the people from the rooms. I had to get into an argument with one of the people that rented the ballrooms, because they placed the drinks on my car as they needed a place to smoke and they were drunk (violent), i could smell the alcohol from 2m .
