I arrived and was met with suspicion. Zero English, no sign of my booking and they insisted I pay more. After waiting for almost two hours, around 3am in the morning was allowed to sleep on the basis that I leave by midday. Was the worst experience I ever had and made me doubt this app altogether. Totally disappointed with the whole experience. :-(

Hospitality Room quality Communication between B. Com and the hotel itself. This shouldn't even be listed in my opinion. I even locked the room when I went to sleep and the sheets and pillow covers were not fresh. Totally bad experience.

very basic .....

it is impossible to find ........ Google takes you to a totally different location . You are tired, sleepy, need to use the bathroom, and waste an hour asking locals where the Al Massa Al Khalijiyya is and of course no one knows, and everyone wants to propose to you alternative rooms.
