"Good location"

Good location, lovely little fishing village, fabulous pub just around the corner ( fantastic food) Good communication with the host before arrival. Parking is a little tight, but you can park up in the village in the local car park, which is good.

Damp smell on entering the property could do with a freshen up and a good decoration as it's feels like a very tired rental with no personal touches. It would benefit from new curtains bedding & towels in all bedrooms. Storage heaters are very old and rusty May be even a smart TV would be good too.

"Ein besonderer Ort mit wunderschönen Aussichten"

Das Dorf ist sehr authentisch und wunderschön. Es gibt einen Fischladen, 2Pubs, einen Eisladen und den Wanderweg. Aus der Wohnung hatten wir einen tollen Blick auf die Bucht. Zur Begrüßung war eine Flasche Prosecco auf dem Tisch. Es war alles sauber und angenehm. Es gibt allerdings 2 Treppen in der Wohnung und auch im Dorf sollte man gut zu Fuß sein. Wir würden es sehr empfehlen.

"Great stay, great position and will definitely look at booking again"

Great location and the photos don't really do it justice. I didn't pick this initially because the photo of the frontage and garage doors didn't look very inviting but its in the best position possible, the lane you access the property from is beautiful and of course the large upvc windows work brilliantly for sitting looking at the harbour and the boats go out. Beds I found. really comfortable and the three bedroom appartement has a great very well equipped kitchen and unlike most holiday lets everything in the kitchen felt genuinely clean. Wrought iron child gate on the top level was a great relief with a 2 year old and not too ugly or intrusive if you don't have children with you and I assume they could fit a child gate on the first floor landing if asked going by the fittings.

The night storage heaters are rusty, I suspect have been changed and gone rusty again over the winter. Access though the garage could be improved but don't be put off the property is a good size, clean and fantastic position. I did spot that there is an escape ladder under the chair in the lounge, they could probably do with putting this front and centre in the notes as with no escape though the first floor windows and one entrance through the garage you might need this in an emergency. It has got fire extinguishers and I assume the smoke detectors all work but it would be great if they were interlinked.

The view !

The heating. In Winter nights, like February, it was cold. The radiators are very old, but after two days , the temperature was ok , aprox 17-18• inside the house .
