Casa El Paraiso Marbella

Casa com todas as comodidades e num sitio tremendamente calmo. Por sorte fomos na semana onde foi inaugurado a piscina.

Property was clean, and very good size for a family of 5.

Swimming pool was not accessible which by the comments has not been in used in a few years and after talking with the property manager was supposed to be fully operational before August which did not happened , also very misleading ,jacuzzi was full of bacteria, power was cut for several hours due to works in the area, even though not the managers fault it would have been good to know prior due to 40° heat

The apt is pretty big with a big garden. Had an amazing time my friends. The apt was well equipped with everything. Most convenient if you have a car and parking is always available. Fuengirola, marbella, malaga is 15-40 mins drive. I hope to come back soon again. Thank you for hosting us.

The space is beautiful and very large, we travelled 4 adults and 2 children. The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans, dishwasher and washing machine. The beds were the mostly comfy we have had when travelling which we do 1-2 times a year. The surrounding are lovely.

Location, spacious , clean and well equipped property.

Pullout sofa bed. Lack of outdoor privacy. .Would recommend replacing some of the towels. Would also recommend moving the TV FROM THE 3rd bedroom into the lounge area. No swimming pool.

Wonderful little gem on Costa del Sol in a very nice urbanisation walking distance from the beach and the golf course as well as shops, restaurants etc. The appartment is bright and big and decorated with a lot of taste. Good wifi bit weaker on the terace but good quality inside. Quiet neighbours. The kitchen had the best kitchenware plus a lot of extras (oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, sugar etc) nothing was missing. The terace view to old pine trees was so calming and relaxing that we did not want to leave the appartment anymore. Weather was a bit cold so we did not use the jacuzzi on the terace. Great restaurants nearby, the Indian Masala was very nice.

Apartment very comfortable and spacious. Very well fitted out and conveniently near to shops and restaurants.

The hot tub, mentioned on booking.com details is out of action due to Spanish water shortage . The swimming pool at El Paraiso is permanently closed, as is El Paraiso country club. We were told by Karina, the owner, that it has been closed for 2 years. Therefore, the welcome booklet in the apartment needs urgent updating to give accurate and true information, as does the information that booking.com advertise on their site. Juan José, local contact, does not answer his phone number provided, despite several calls. It is not answered by anyone. When we eventually found his 'office' we were told he only works till 13h (booklet states till 16h). We called Karina ( owner who lives in Switzerland) as we wanted to know how to access the private secure parking, as stated by booking.com. However she was very clear this is never an option as the 'remote' key costs 300€ to replace so the only option is always to try and park on the road If you can find a space. Something that booking.com should make clear. The glasses cabinet in the dining area needs care!! The 2nd shelf down is very loose and the supporting pins are not long enough hence the shelf can be easily tipped when you want glasses. We took 4 out and kept them in the kitchen to avoid breakages.. The shower over the bath in the ensuite has a broken hook so we held it up with elastic bands. Disappointed as Karina knew about this as it had been reported by the previous renters but is still not repaired. As easy job with the right tools. Lastly, there were 3 cockroaches in the ensuite bathroom over 2 weeks, despite leaving plugs in and airing the bedroom.

Beautiful apartment with lots of outdoor space and a jacuzzi! Plenty of towels and kitchenware to use, as well as an electronic BBQ.
