1.Rooms were cleaned well everyday 2. Staff went out of the way to get food for us on a rainy day - which we appreciate 3. Easy for tours of safari to pick you up

1. Too far from airport - hotel charged 800 R per person one way thus we spent 320 Nz dollars each way to airport for 4 of us which is ridiculous. Hiring a car in airport is 800 R / day so will suggest others to hire a car and go as it is easy to drive 2. Family room that was booked room 1 and 2 shown in booking com - was not the room they gave us . My daughter asked about it and then they said it is already occupied and if we want to they can give that room next day . It was too much to change rooms after you have settled down in 1 room . 3. Close to mall but hotel charges far too much to go and drop you and charge again to pick you . Better to walk . 4. Have to ask for water and tea towels .

I liked everything about the place, the staff are friendly and very helpful. The bed was comfortable, and the place was clean inside and outside. The room was properly cleaned every day. Thank you Mpho, and the rest of the staff. Keep doing the great job. I am definitely going back soon!

The place is great, location good, clean & tidy.

Too much noise from other clients, when asked to lower the noise, say they've also paid to be there, but I mean does that qualify one to disturb the entire hotel!!?? Really there was no peace & quietness durin' our stay. Client's control is disappointin', need to have rules to be adhered to, posted or pasted in the property with consequences should one not follow or break them. Lack of discipline & client control. Please improve in that.
