L’emplacement

The location of the apartment was excellent, but unfortunately the comfort and equipment were very disappointing. The kitchen had almost no equipment, which made it difficult to prepare even basic meals. The bed was extremely uncomfortable — I woke up every night with back pain, and my family also had trouble sleeping. We were really expecting better for the price. I hope the owner will improve the comfort and amenities for future guests.

The host was very kind and exceptional with communication. It was very nice to have a personal check-in.

We did not get the apartment that we ordered we were told that they were giving us an upgrade it was not!!!!!! We did agree to a partial refund but then other things went wrong like the binds in the bedroom did not work they did fix them the day after but due to the outside lights shining into the bedrooms very little sleep was had - one of the chairs on the patio had not set just a cushion and i went straight through it all they offered was to remove the chair and not replace it- i was not going to give a review but booking.com kept on asking so i have i would like to think that we would have had a better experience if we had been given the correct apartment- i was told that the one we had booked had a problem but they do know about this a few days before our arrival-
