Really unique and charming place embedded in a small village. Wonderful hosts and superb and affordable dinner in the evenings.

A wonderful and quiet location at the foot of Inerie volcano... The view is gorgeous, the staff incredibly helpful. The bungalows are very spacious and clean. The family food excellent. It is the best "value for money" guesthouse during our journey in Flores, with 2 kids and a baby

Delicious food, very generous.

Simple cottages with an astounding view onto the nearby volcano. Meals were tasty and plentiful. Villagers in the houses surrounding the proper were very friendly.

Cottages are a bit dark (but balcony is lovely). The bathroom needed a bit of attention. A distance from the local town (Bajawa) so transport needs to be considered.

We liked the shared meals , and the staff was nice. We did a laundry on evening and everything was ready on the morning. We asked for other blankets and we had it at once. It is not too far from kelimutu and then , you can reach the hot water Springs.

The shower : there was hot water but it was just dripping so it was not easy to take a shower. The walls between the rooms are very very thin so we hear everything that is said in the room next to yours.

Pleasant out of city views

Shared bathroom, paper thin walls and lock didn’t work. Steep stairs to get to room. At least 30 minutes drive from bajawa.

Located about 30mins outside Bajawa, the ecolodge is as peaceful as it gets, with incredible views on the Mount Inerie. The staff is super friendly and always happy to help. They arranged transport for us, recommended local attractions and even rented us their own scooter for the day. Would come back 100%!

Wolokoro It is located out of town, around half an hour drive. But the view you get is well worth to be a bit off the grid. The view for the iconic volcano Inerie is amazing. As in all Flores everybody is so helpful. Most only speak little english, despite it comunication works well. They organised a guide from their village to climb the volcano. Leaving the lodge at 1 am. Unfortunately it was cloudy for sunrise. And very windy and cold on top. But the view above the clouds were maybe even more spectacular. The climb was pretty steep and slippy, the guide was very helpful and took good care of me. Parts of the path along the crater were quite exposed, the path very slim and on each side the edge of the volcano or the caldera going down. In the lodge they offer laundry service. They were very quick. I gave my clothes around 11am and it was ready before 6pm. (Including some warm jumper) The accomodation is basic, but very clean. The food is very good. We had like a buffet for dinner. It was nice eating with all other guests together and sharing traveling experiences. I defently would stay here again when in bajawa. Much nicer than in town when you are a nature lover

Wolokoro provides simple, considered accommodation. The rooms and spacious shared spaces and balcony are set amongst garden with beautiful views. The staff are super lovely and considerate and the food was delicious. We arranged dinner twice while staying there.
