Mary's Studio Kavala

Mary was super helpful and nice. The location was great on walking distance to the center and the beach. There was a lot of free stuff for us to use - coffee, sweets, drugs. The balcony was great and there were a lot of parking spaces nearby. She gifted us hand made magnets ❤️

The place needs a little renovation. I cut my leg on the first day on the tiles upon entering the bathroom. One of the beds was really squeaking. The situation with the waiting for hot water was not convenient.

I did the check-in by collecting the key from a vault, with 3 hours in advance. Kitchen was quite equipped with good stuff, and room very clean.

The heating machine was strange. Even turned off after first shower, I got only warm/hot water afterwards. I had to buy bottled water. The wooden rolls at the balcony didn't move upwards. Parking available in a quite small court, so I preferred to use the public one in the neighborhood.

Very cozy little studio with everything you need for a short break. Mary is very sweet and kind person. The place was clean and location is good, as well. A quiet neighbourhood 12-15 minutes walk from the centre and the fortress and there is a free parking on the street. Great value for its price. Thank you for having us at your place!

Good location, close to all key attractions. Easy check-in. Good amenities.

Beware, it may be difficult to find street parking space nearby. The host let us use the space behind the property to park, but some service workers nearby used the passage to park their car, temporarily blocking our exit. Of course, this is not the host's fault, and the workers will move the car upon request.

Great cosy apartment, it has everything you need for short stay. The hosts were very welcoming and they even left a small gift. It is walking distance to the center and very quiet neighbourhood.

Everything was good, it's a perfect place to stay in Kavala. Great location, very lovely host, super comfortable bed.

The bathroom door was annoying 😆 but that's about it, everything else was okay.
