Swimming pool, well equipped kitchen and smooth experience of self check-in at 3 am.

Great location, close to beaches and some very good taverns. Great community poll. Convenient parking space. Super front terrace for breakfast/dinner. Very quiet surroundings. Grocery shop just a short drive away. Kitchen with all necessary utensils for cooking, very useful when traveling with children. The host - amazing, always helping via whatsapp. Thank you!!!

Some small details of the house could use a little touch-ups but nothing problematic.

Superb location for those who don't like big crowded hotels in big cities - quiet, private, safe, close to the beaches. Close and easy access to the airport and highway. Big, nice pool. Apartment equipped with everything you need, washer and dryer too. Close to Perivolia with great local taverns and restaurants.

Nice location, close to the beach. Big, nice pool shared with other villas. Nicely equipped apartment, everything you need. Air-conditioning in both bedrooms. Nice terrace.

It’s spacious and clean. Air conditioning is blessing especially with temperatures in Cyprus. Available grill comes in handy when you want to cook some souvlaki. There’s everything that you need when you are planning on longer stay.

Cats are everywhere in Cyprus so if someone’s allergic to cats or just don’t like them it’s hard not to come across them outside of the property

Complex where the house is located is great. Also the house is very well equipped to hava a vacation with a baby.

The surroundings of the complex are boring and not developed

The place is big enough (4 persons), with all necessary facilities. There is a lovely terrace with flowers and trees, so you can have your meal in this beauty. The location is just awesome!!! Less than 10min walk to the Lighthouse and lovely promenade, and 20 min walk to very nice and cozy beach. With a few restaurants and cafe in the neighborhood. There is a swimming pool for all inhabitants of this small area (approx. 15 houses), where you can sit in case you don't want to go to the sea.

Maybe would be good to pay a little bit more attention to cleanliness. But it was a minor issue if to compare with the whole in general

Andreas is a great host, very helpful and nice. The villa is located in a nice private and quiet complex, with a beautiful swimming pool, only a few minutes of the beach. The villa was clean, the kitchen well equipped, including a dishwasher; the master bedroom has a very comfortable super king size bed. We also enjoyed the front terrace, which although isn’t big, it was a great space to sit, read and relax, surrounded by palm trees and plants.
