"Malos tratos, nos quedamos afuera del departamento y sin solución, aún no hay reembolso"

Alquilamos este departamento para ir a un festival, así que llegamos alrededor de las 3:30 am, y la clave de la puerta dejó de funcionar. El dueño me culpó a mi de no poner bien la clave, a la cual le grabé un video para demostrar que no era yo el problema y nunca nos dio una solución, además fue agresivo y maleducado. A las 4 am. tuvimos que salir a buscar un hotel y estaba todo lleno. Finalmente llegó el papá a abrirnos la puerta a las 11:00 am del día siguiente, perdiendo así la noche que pagamos y hasta la fecha no ha habido una devolución de dinero por parte del dueño de acuerdo a lo informado por Booking. Me parece impresentable que Booking tampoco tome acciones en contra de este tipo de anfitriones.

This is a great place: really well equipped and in a great location for Atocha and the museums. The host is very well organised and the pool is a lovely bonus.
