Spazio, pulizia e posizione

Posizione centralissima. Camera modernamente ristrutturata, arredamento, letti, bagno super. Per parcheggiare l'auto ci sono diverse opzioni, noi abbiamo trovato un parcheggio gratuito senza troppe difficoltà a circa 600mt. Per un breve soggiorno con la famiglia è perfetta.

La finestra si affaccia sul corso, inevitabile che sia rumoroso. Noi abbiamo dormito con le finestre chiuse e il condizionatore al minimo (cosa non proprio ideale), almeno non era rumoroso.

Great location and elegant building.

They need a good electrician. Several wall sockets are falling and lights are broken or malfunctioning.

The location to the Sassi and parking

No coffee capsules available or kettle to make tea. Initially I had difficulty making contact with the hostess because there was no WiFi but a person coming out of the building helped me.

The location was wonderful! On the boarder of antica Matera. The appartment was spacious, ckean, the host was clear and informative, smooth check in, were told where to pick up keys on the way to appartment. Mattrasses and pillows good. Espresso machine.

The round bed is comfy for one person (not too tall though) or kids in reality:)). We would have appreciated simple things like some basic kitchinette amenities (paper cups& plates were there, but no cuttlery, glasses for water), at least a small fridge was there. We needed extra chair by the small table. Value for money lets say was inadequate, especially when it was the third appartment we stayed on our trip, and had what to compare to. Also NO WIFI, as I understand it never worked from some earlier reviews, luckily it was not an issue for us, but for some it might be.
