1. Ad listing needs to communicate NO credit cards allowed. 2. Ad needs to communicate there are many long term residents, it’s more like a long term stay facility. 3. The first night there was MASSIVE amounts of noise, so much I sent a notice to Booking.Com at 00:40 A.M. Management moderated sound levels on my 2nd night. If seeking short term guests I believe it would be most considerate and helpful for the facility to implement some type of quiet time. 4. NO toilet seats. There’s a cleaning service, no need to use cleanliness as a reason to not provide seats on the toilets.
