USGreat location for what we needed. Ability to access keys remotely was a plus as we arrived late and had to leave early. Property management was fairly if not immediately responsive (even after hours) Cute backyard area that we would have liked to take advantage of, but didn't have time
It's an attached unit so you hear EVERYTHING from the neighbors next door. Place was a bit muggy the entire time- we respected the A/C control request and didn't turn it below 72 at night/74 for day Not enough pillows and blankets and the comforter was stained an pillow case missing from one pillow Front chairs are rusted so when my husband sat on one it basically ruined his clothing Folks next door to us were not considerate- VERY loud conversations and they had two large dogs that barked if they were left- one dog began howling and barking at 10pm the night before had to leave with a 5am wake up call for an early flight Management charges a $100 fee if you call after hours and they deem it's not an emergency- I didn't think the dogs were an emergency, but it is not right that we would have been charge $100 to call and have them insist the folks next door do something about it (they did end up texting back and asked the folks to take care of it, but if you have attached units where everything can be heard, then there needs to be a no pet or better pet policy to ensure guests aren't disturbed- espectially that late). We we also offered nothing but an apology for the inconvenience which I feel was significant considering we paid close to $300/night to stay there. For that price, it should be quiet, comfortably cool, and the linens should appear clean/fresh.
