Great property and friendly staff.

Okayish for the price although room seemed a bit smaller than the pictures

Room is clean. Location is good. They provide good contact for drivers and what to visit.

All good, staff can be more proactive.

I liked the cleanliness and modular look and most importantly the reception staff , they are real good human they know how to talk and help people.

I’ve been visiting Shillong for years, and this was by far the tiniest room I’ve ever stayed in. For the price I paid (₹2,000+), I’ve always received larger, better-equipped rooms in the same area—often spacious suites with far more value. While the cleanliness was fine, the room was uncomfortably small and poorly designed. The bed frame was larger than the mattress, and the sharp edge stuck out dangerously. I injured myself multiple times at night, and once even cut my leg while getting up in the dark. I’m still healing from that wound. To make things worse, the owner showed no responsibility at all. They didn’t even bother to ask if I was comfortable or check in on my stay. That kind of indifference is extremely disappointing, especially in a hospitality setting. If you’re going to offer such a small room, at least ensure it’s safe and that the host is present and caring. This experience was careless and absolutely not worth the price.

I would prefer a bigger room size for my liking. Looking forward to the newly constructed rooms in the upper floors. And also a dining / Bf area will be nice.

Breakfast was very good. Warm and fresh with a varfied range of choices.

The rooms are only in basement, upper rooms are under renovation. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, but bed sheets and towels needs improvement. Breakfast was good.

Bed sheets and towels needs to be improved. A heater in rooms may be provided.
