Good Cleanliness. Location is closer to the market. Owners are caring n hospitable.

All the staff are very nice and sincere.The owner of the hotel himself kept care of us. Hotel food quality is very good and tasty.Hotel room, wash room, lobby all are very clean and facilities.valu for money

I liked the property. The owner and staff are very helpful and good. I would like to visit the property again in my next visit . 0

The property is managed by family. Thus, they lack trained personnel in hospitality management. Ends up managing with 3-4 staff members, who seems not knowledgeable and experiences. So if you are looking for quite place to spend a night, it is worthwhile.

The property is well maintained. From the outside it looks exactly as it is in the picture. You will definitely like to sit in the lawn under the sunshine and enjoy coffee. Rooms are big. Floors are covered with full carpet and you can walk barefoot or with socks without having to fear for the cold. Don't expect very digitised amenities and modern beds. It has the right balance of hotel and home. Toilets are clean with hot water facility. The staff is cooperative. I also observed that they have also allowed the kitchen to a big group to use it. Connectivity is good and property is easily accessible from the main road . Property is away from the hustle bustle.

Nothing as such. It is away from Dal lake so you cannot expect to just walk to enjoy the lake. But that is well understood from the location in the map. I did not like breakfast.

It was good located near to the airport. The property owners were very friendly and the hospitality is good.
