The food is very good and the personal is so nice.

+ safe and private parking lot + comfortable bed + very warm room (a bit too warm, actually...)

- bad shower drainage - bad water pressure at the shower - toilet drainage extremely poor and we have found it with human waste inside... - scratched walls in the room - no toilet paper - mold in bathroom - no air conditioning (although it is not mentioned in the description, but at this price it should have been included) - no mosquito nets, although mentioned in the room description, and there were lots of bugs - very noisy from the restaurant and loud music - way too expensive for what it is

The staff: very friendly and attentious. Quality of the breakfast: really worthy to have it there. The quiteness of the suroundings. Super-pet friendly. Amazing to feel the acceptance of one of my 4 legs that was traveling with me on a previous stay.

Nothign to point. Maybe I would like more vegetarian/vegan options at the restaurant menu.

When we called to make a reservation, the hotel initially claimed to have no vacancies for our date upon learning that we are Romanians. However, after insisting that we knew there were vacancies, they admitted to having availability but wanted to charge us 200 lei. When we pointed out that the price on Booking.com was 185 lei, they refused to confirm a reservation at that price. When we asked what they would do if we booked via Booking.com at 185 lei and just showed up, their response was dismissive. The hotel is located in an area known as Ținutul Secuiesc, where Romanians may not feel particularly welcome. Ultimately, they reluctantly accommodated us, and we observed that there were indeed several vacancies that night. It seems they were more inclined to turn away Romanian guests than to make a profit. Despite the high price, the room lacked air conditioning and was small, as was the bathroom.
