Great location, very close to the centre. The room itself was very spacious with a lovely, comfortable bed. we were given a different room to the one we booked because we didn’t need the cooker. so we were shown into another that also had a kitchenette but only with fridge and worktop + tea/coffee facilities and dining table. there was a self-locking back door entrance/exit onto the external stairway, which was very convenient. The bathroom was lovely, large and the whole property was very clean with stylish decor. The air conditioner worked well. There are lots of mosquitoes in the area so I recommend to take a plug in burner or similar. Unfortunately we didn’t get to meet the owner, whom I believe is native English speaker but we met the very friendly housekeeper, a local Italian woman and my partner is Italian so we managed well. I noticed the supply room on the ground floor and was so impressed with how organised an clean everything was. Great place, highly recommend.

Great accommodation, best we had in Italy for that budget, clean, nicely decorated in a private house with charm. The host was very helpful and speaks excellent English, which is rarely the case in Italy:) Tuscania surprised us very much, lovely energy and great little town, we highly recommend it!

Perfect 10. Can't ask for more. Amazing apartment, amazing town and inexpensive. I have already sent my niece there and would stay again whenever I'm in the area.

I liked everything about this place, the address, how the apartment was decorated, the cleanliness and not least the communication with the host. As I was traveling by public transport and it was impossible to catch my return flight from Rome in the morning, the host was kind enough to take me to the airport. I would recommend this place anytime!

The most beautiful place to stay when you traveling in Tuscania! Everything there is made whith love! The location is perfect and the view from the balcony specially in sunset is like a magic! Nicolina was very helpful and friendly, Joseph the Owner is the best host you will ever have! And also the all design of the apartments and the furniture's are very high level,I'm so glad I've been there!

room was spacious and clean the bathroom very nice. the location was good.

the place was difficult to find , there was no signage on the outside. also, not easy to drop luggage at the front , because its on a tiny street which is difficult to navigate, therefore my luggage had to be carried from the parking area. the entire area is cobble stone so rolling is not easy. the host was not helpful at all but i really didnt know who the host was.

Host was genuinely friendly. Large, clean room with character.

Breakfast was basic but acceptable.
