Perfectly located hotel with lovely helpful staff.

Pathetic people.They harrased my old age parents.Never ever visit this hotel.

They took advance, while making final bill they didn't deducted the advance and I paid too without checking. Now it's been more than 15 days I am trying to connect with them to refund extra money paid. Shared payment screenshot etc but no luck so far. They just say we will check but no actual action happening. Very unprofessional

Feels very comfortable safe and homely , I was allowed by the owner Dr Satish to check out whenever I wanted, and this was a very special gesture. Complementary breakfast was very good, wifi was working perfectly. This was my second stay at this property.

Rooms are good & attractive,

Washroom didn't clean 2nd day. Complimentary didn't provide as commitment. Need to improve breakfast & room service

Things were given when asked like towels , mats etc. Understanding staff and satish ji is helpful in providing the nearby locations. The washroom was clean. The property is in a good location and nearby ghats.

Too many mosquitoes in the premises, one should definitely carry odomos , they do provide mosquito bats when asked. Though we had almost all food outside as part of the travel itinerary, In house restaurant food of foreigners inn was average and they did some changes in the ordered food without notifying me or asking me about it and it happened twice. Blankets were very very thin and short. Dedicated Clothes dryer hanger shall be provided besides the room. Spiders web were visible and i have spotted one spider on my bed as soon as we entered the room.

Right from our pick-up to drop-off, their staff helped us. For our every small, little needs, the staff came up, be it local tour or even Darshanam in the main temple. Honest and useful suggestions were provided to all our queries. Great!!

Free Breakfast was yummy but took 30 minutes to beserved in our room..
