Apartman je lepo sređen, uredan, na dobroj lokaciji, sobe su prostrane, komunikacija odlična.
Nema klime, pa je boravak u letnjim mesecima ne baš prijatan. Balkonska vrata u dnevnoj sobi se ne otvaraju skroz, već samo na kip, pa se ne može ni lepo prolufrirati. A ne postoji prozor, obzirom da je zastakljen ceo zid. U spavaćoj sobi se vrata terase otvaraju, ali nije dovoljno da bi se ceo stan rashladio.
