Tutto ottimo, dall'appartamentino, all'accoglienza, alla pace intorno. Ma una cosa molto negativa è la stradina comunale: piena di buche e con asfalto divelto, nonostante le richieste di sistemazione avanzate dagli abitanti della zona da più tempo... È una vergogna tutta comunale... 😡

Colazione confezionata, si darebbe più valore allo stabile con prodotti freschi fatti in casa, magari proponendo anche una parte salata su richiesta. Marito e moglie gentili ma necessiterebbe di uno staff un po' più preparato dal punto di vista del servizio

La coppia di gestori è gentile e molto ospitale, ottimo dialogo, grande disponibilità, l'ambiente è pulito, la struttura è silenziosa ed in aperta campagna ma comunque a pochi minuti dal centro, per chi cerca pace e tranquillità è l'ideale.

For a One-Night stay: the location is perfect for getting around Rome, very quiet, clean, good bathroom and shower (maybe a few more products, like shampoo, wouldn't be bad)

Breakfast deserves more attention, low quality. I asked to pay with credit card, but the only person capable of using the card reader was not there. So I had to pay in cash, but I did not have the receipt of payment.

The hosts were very hospitable and friendly. The place has a beautiful sunrise over the mountains.

We chose the accommodation according to the presentation and references on booking.com. We were looking for accommodation outside the centre, in the countryside and quiet. Everything we were looking for was fulfilled: beautiful place, quiet, friendly hosts (including Bianca 👍😁).
