I, my husband and our 4yo stayed for a week in this cozy apartment in city centre. We had a good experience here. This is a spacious apartment decorated with legitimate Portuguese coast side style, which really makes us feel like having a local experience and we loved it. There’re supermarkets, pharmacies and beach within a short walking distance. The communication with our host was also smooth and he supported us throughout our whole stay.

There’s a lot of noise coming from the street just outside the bedrooms. It can be hard to sleep specially on weekends with noises of traffic and the pubs downstairs. No wash machine or dishwasher available. The host was thoughtful of leaving flyers of a laundry near by, which was helpful.

Location, quite, not to far to walk to town(5 minutes)

Location was really good, close to shops, restaurants in the old town. Apartment itself was nice, updated bathroom and pellet burner in the living room which was really welcomed on a cold evening! Place was spotless and Silvia was so lovely when we met, accommodating an early check in for us. Much appreciated

The noise, really wasn't expecting this as no other review mentioned it. The bedrooms back onto a road, at night the noise can be alot (no double glazing so can hear clearly people talking) if you're not used to cars /people passing right outside your window it can disturb sleep 😌 Bathroom door needs fixing getting stuck on tiles.

The location was perfect, the apartment was spotless and had everything you could want. If you have a car there is a parking space in the underground car park opposite and parking at the back is on the same level as the back entrance where as it’s three floors up from the front entrance . The host was friendly and responded to any questions promptly. Really good value for money.

We found the matress a bit on the hard side, but appreciate that’s a matter of taste.

The front door lock is needing replaced. Caused us some minor bother over the 5?days we were there
