The hotel staff told forced us to take a three person room and made one person to sleep on a mattress laid on the floor. We did not have any other choice as we arrived late at the night from airport. Also this is not 240m far from nimhans. It is situated at around 1.2km distance from NIMHANS. No hot water in the bathroom.

We don't like anything

This is the first time I have stayed in such a bad hotel. The bedsheets were full of stains. The room we were given changed twice and there was no water in the bathroom. The electricity would go out occasionally. What was worse was the dirty and unhygienic surroundings. The most annoying thing was that we arrived at the hotel at 8 am the day before and were asked for extra money when we checked out the next day at 7:20 am. When we asked why, they behaved very badly. When we looked at the register, the check-in time was wrongly given as 4 am. That was done intentionally by the receptionist. How could we reach the hotel at 4 am when we got off the train at 7:30 am? Please never book a room in hotels like this.

Staffs are very good.

It is very close to NIMHANS Hospital for which patient parties find it acceptable.I have been visiting this hotel since 2023 on various occasions.They are cooperative and helpful.There is ample water and lift services is available.Staff is good mannered.

Not clean upto the expectations. House keeping needs a sea change in respect of hygiene,pest control, linen change etc.

People are very rude to costumers they're arrogant towards us and very poor hygiene and the area is too bad to stay and very bad experience.
