Lovely guest house spotless clean beds & pillows very comfy free bottled water in fridge on landing plus tea coffee milk wenever you need it iron & ironing board fans all you need breakfast lovely Kerry & Jason cant do enough for you friendly & welcoming we will return

"Great spot for weekend away"

Great spot just around the corner of some bars that had live bands playing. Not far walk to the beach front. Free car park until 1st March. Ran by a friendly couple. Breakfast 10/10

The host was very accommodating and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing cooked to perfection. The guest house was very comfortable and well looked after.

There was nothing i didn't like very happy with our stay.

Excellent hospitality with correct amount of attentiveness to customers. Bedroom very clean with good facilities in both room and at breakfast.

A better coffee machine for breakfast would have made the visit complete. Machine used didn't provide good coffee and investment in that could really enhance the start to the day.

Jason & Kerry were lovely hosts, I felt very well taken care of. Breakfast was always delicious and had plenty of options. A lot of thought has been put into how they do things which shows as it was a wonderful stay. The room was well equipped and you could easily control the lighting and fan using a remote which was a boon in the recent hot weather. I would definitely stay here again. Very easy location to get to whatever you need with the beach, shops, cafes and pubs all within minutes!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like here, all was fantastic.
