I like the house very clean and tidy

Overall, the accommodation was clean and comfortable, but I was quite surprised to find there were no kitchen facilities available — not even a microwave or a kettle. This made it difficult to warm food or milk for children, or even to make a simple cup of coffee or tea. As a frequent traveller for over 16 years, this was the first time I have stayed somewhere without basic kitchen amenities such as a kettle or microwave. These are small but essential conveniences, especially for families travelling with young children. I would kindly suggest that the landlord or management consider adding at least a microwave and a kettle to the property. These additions would significantly improve the guest experience and make overnight stays much more comfortable for families. It’s easy to imagine how stressful it can be for parents when their child needs warm milk in the middle of the night and there are no facilities to prepare it. Providing these basic amenities would make a big difference.

I didn't find the room I was shown in the picture. I also contacted the hotel staff.

They gave me a room in the basement.

Easy to check in and clean rooms

It was dirty, it smelled bad and the restroom was full of cockroaches. They don’t even have hand soap so I had to go buy my own and the towels were so dirty that I couldn’t take a shower. This is not a hotel, they don’t have a front desk and they don’t even provide you with keys for your room, I called the booking number and they told me to just leave my room without worry because nobody steals from rooms. Basically it provides you with a roof over your head but don’t expect anything else

Primero soy dependiente y en ningún sitio dice que no hay ascensor voy con muletas y tenía que subir y bajar 25 escalones 4 estrellas ni por casualidad ni me cambiaron las toallas ni hacían la cama ningún día

Nu are lift si a trebuit sa car bagajele grele pe scari, pana la et 2. Patur era adancit, pe mijloc. Asternuturile lasa mult de dorit. Se aude galagie din alte camere.
