Clean. Comfortable

I detested the checkin via videophone. Highly stressful, confusing and for that much money I want to have a human being around rather than am impersonal cold and frankly annoying machine. That dos not make me feel welcome after a tueing juurney to be fiddlkng around with a machine. How is this hospitality?
