Valentin is super fast to answer you if you need anything The bed and the flat are quite comfy in general. AC is very appreciated during the heat in Bucharest

Shower is a tad small Soundproof is not great since you can hear some neighbors (but it’s not really the owners fault) The building complex is old The coffee machine was not cleaned properly :(

The bedroom is very clean and so is the shower. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, a large refrigerator. The location is excellent. Close to the metro. And next to the building are cafes and other shops as well as a taxi station.

There are too many entry codes - building entry, apartment door code and room code. These are two rooms in the same complex of the apartment and a shared shower. You should put a key at least to the bedroom and not a code because as soon as someone goes to the shower and the door slams and the other is not in the room, it's a problem. The code is hard to remember. On the other hand, the code is safe and there is no fear that a stranger will enter. The elevator should be renovated. Feels not stable enough.

Clean room, good pressure at shower, very close to our business event.

The gang you enter and the block of apartments can be scary, the lift is even worse, the kitchen and bathroom is to be shared with another "tenant", noisy street as it was a Saturday night and many people on the streets were out drinking.
