"Building very very old / money waste"

Only location and the room cleaness.

The bed was so hard and unbearable and you couldn't sleep easily as it gave you a headache because it was so hard and even though we fell into bed after 1:00 at 6 we got up because of the bed and headache. We booked other property ( luxury appartments which they had minor difference in money wise) and we immediate went there. We requested our money back as refund for the days we did not stay there from booking.com and we are still waiting for response. The rate 9,4 from booking does not represent it!!
