location, cleaning, good quality mattresses and communication with the owner of the flat.

Smell from the bathroom (but it is coming from the building) and noise from the street ( the window is new but it does not fit well with the frame).

The location is in the center opposite to Novotel which was ideal to take public transportation around. The room was clean and comfortable beds. The owner was responsive when chatted in whatssap. Thankful for letting me in early prior to check in timing. Claudio (not sure if name is correct) meet me prior entering to the room, he was nice and helpful. He even gave me a powder for the laundry and offered to hang my clothes outside to dry it quickly. He was polite and welcoming. There were available amenities (kitchen stuff) like microwave & electric burner and kettle but I didn't use it. It will be useful when staying for longer days. And to add, Shampoo and shower gel were provided. The place is along the road so you will be hearing the vehicles sound but it didn't bother me. All in all the place was great and recommdable!

Not that I didn't like but a recommendation. The door locked needs fixing as I was having a hardtime to lock the door with a key. The screw was slightly loose and had to screw it using the key to furtherly intact. And much better if there will be a hair dryer availble in the room, specially during winter and rainy days.

Noise, old building, you could hear the traffic in the night.

Cozy, vibrant and brilliant place to stay. Brilliant part of the city and excellent owner. Very kind and welcoming person.
