The ambience the facility and cleanliness of the property was top notch the owner and the category polite and helpful the even help us with our bike rental and also we had some requirements that were also fullfilled we had a lot of fun on the property everything was walking At walking distance

There was Nothing that I did not like I like everything that they had in the property and it was an amazing stay

The apartments are located next to the main road, but there is no noise from it.

At night you can hear the barking of neighbors and other dogs

Mr. Michael is a very great Host . The property is so neat and tidy we enjoyed alot getting hosted by Michael ji . He was very alert to serve during our Stay availed all the needed things . He used to call every day or msged us if there is any thing needed .. Even guided and suggested so many good palces to visit . If we again visit goa again we would book this place with Michael ji again .. Thanks For such great services ..

Nothing was there which we didnt liked ..

The room interior is very good. Rooms are spacious. You get all the facilities here like washing machine, LPG cylinder, Gas stove, Aqua guard for drinking water, Oven, Fridge & all the kitchen utensils. It is worth it to visit.

You have to park your vehicle a little far from the room but it's totally safe. For four wheeler you will have difficulty with parking.

Good apartment, a lot of space, there is a balcony, separate bedroom and kitchen. Located in a good location, close to shops, currency exchange, many places to eat. You can also walk to the beach and there is Wi-Fi

We were met at the property and the caretaker showed us round. He was very friendly and helpful. The property owner contacted us often to check we were happy with the property and enjoying our stay. The Wi-Fi was excellent. The property was well situated and away from the main road. We didn’t have any issues and I would highly recommend this this property in Goa.

We stayed at this property for 3 weeks, and it was perfect for us. We are a couple in our 60's touring South India and wanted to enjoy the beach, shops restaurants and bars in North Goa, and this was the perfect location for this. The apartment is on a secured complex which previously was a luxury hotel, now all privately owned/rented apartments mainly by Indian families. First impressions are a little worrying as you enter the grounds, as the pool is now derelict and no longer in use. We had no issue with this as the apartment was well presented, clean, and fully equipped for a long stay The owner kept in touch most days to ensure we were having an enjoyable stay and if there was anything we needed. I commented there was no toaster and a brand new one was delivered next day. One bedroom with double bed and AC Lounge with balcony, great sun trap! Bathroom and fully equipped kitchen inc. microwave fridge freezer, gas hob and washing machine. Also water filter so no need to buy drinking water. All rooms have paddle fans to keep cool. The apartment is cleaned every other day by Mr Shabbir who does an excellent job. Make sure you visit Zicos restaurant behind the apartment. We would highly recommend a stay here and we would not hesitate to return.

Not really a dislike, but the exterior of the buildings do not give a good first impression, but this is not reflected in the interior of the apartment.

Very good place to stay, peaceful and privacy, I enjoyed staying here.

The apartment complex it is located in is old and kind of down trodden quarters on the main road. But the flat itself is exceptional so don’t be deceived.
