Leuk ingericht hondvriendelijk appartement voor 3 personen met alles in veelvoud aanwezig, goed werkende airco op slaapkamer, fantastische tuin met goede BBQ faciliteiten en ligstoelen, uitzicht dichtbij op de Magra rivier en Apenijnen bergketen in de verte, , haventje aan zee met leuke eet en drinkgelegenheden in de buurt (+/- 1.5 km), centrum La Spezia met treinsaansluiting naar oa. Cinque Terre op +30 min rijden, aanlegsteiger beschikbaar

zwemgelegenheid in meer nabije buurt, indeling slaapkamer met 3de bed meer afgescheiden, groot 2persoons bed met matras van middelmatige kwaliteit

"E' stata una bellissima vacanza per tutta la famiglia."

La posizione vicina al mare e vicina all'uscita dell'autostrada. La vista sul fiume e sulle alpi apuane. Il bellissimo terrazzo molto ben attrezzato (sdraio, tavolo con sedie, ombrellone, stendino). la luminosità delle stanze (porte finestre). Posto auto nel giardino sotto casa. Nella zona sono presenti vari ristoranti di pesce molto buoni a prezzi accessibili.

Segnalo la presenza del rilevatore di fumo sopra il tostapane, consiglio di aprire le finestre prima di tostare il pane.

Die Lage am Fluss mit direktem Blick aufs Wasser ist perfekt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr mediterran und verbreitet sofort Mittelmeerfeeling. Der Balkon ist idealer Ort zum Relaxen.

"Un endroit secret BELISSIMO"

Nous avons adoré l’imense terrasse et la vue époustouflante sur les Alpi Apuane. Le hôte Stefano et sa sœur Marina sont super gentils et serviables. Nous les remercions pour leur accueil chaleureux ! Nous recomandons cet appartement et nous reviendrons! A ne pas manquer : la visite de la carriere de Carrara, très proche de la maison, très impressionnant !

L’emplacement de voiture devant la porte n’est pas facile

Wunderschöne Lage direkt am Fluss, sowie eine sehr gute Lage für verschiedene Ausflüge. Der Vermieter Stefano steht ist sehr freundlich und steht jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Etwas Verkehrslärm an der Straße an den Wochenenden, welcher in unserer Wohnung zu hören war.
