The Coach and Horses

The rooms are attractive well maintained and quiet. The staff are helpful and the meals good quality.

All this comes at typical south of England prices, i.e. not low cost.

Enjoyed the bar food. Breakfast was good. Location was great - quiet & peaceful.

The bathroom had a curtain instead of a door - definitely did not like this. No chair in the bedroom (probably no space) so had to sit on the bed.

Had a perfect stay – the hotel was spotless and super comfy. The staff were absolutely lovely, so friendly and helpful from start to finish. Can’t wait to come back!

A fabulous hidden gem in the Ribble Valley. The dog friendly Henry suite was superb. Not having to compromise on the quality of room when travelling with a dog is rare. Here, we felt we had the same comforts and luxury of the other rooms which was wonderful and so appreciated. The Sunday 3 course dinner was fabulous. The chefs are a credit. They even sent out some beef trimmings for our dane. All the staff were friendly and welcoming of us, even with a giant dog in tow. We left the Coach & Horses already planning our next visit.

One of the most wonderful hotel managers we've experienced. Mel was wonderful; welcoming, friendly, helpful, we can't fault her!
