"A nice enough hotel but a disppointing "resort""

The staff were very friendly, the pool area was very nice and the restaurant and breakfast facilities were to a good standard. We had a large room with a lovely spacious covered balcony area

Sadly the location of the hotel did not suit us. We were disappointed with Costa Rei and it wasn't a beach "resort" that met our expectations at all. The hotel's position at one end of the area means that without a car there is really nothing much to see or do other than use the hotel's pool and beach

Personal am Frühstücksbuffet war sehr nett.

Empfang/Reception könnte freundlicher sein. Kein „herzliches Willkommen“ oder Erklärung, wo es zum Strand geht….. 1 kostenlose Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer wäre angebracht.

Das Hotel macht einen schönen und sauberen Eindruck. Der Pool ist top. Das Personal ist nett und bemüht sich. Die Lage ist perfekt. Im Zentrum war vieles noch geschlossen.

Beim Nachtessen konnten viele Speisen nicht angeboten werden, da nicht vorhanden. (obwohl auf der Karte) Das Frühstück war schnell aufgegessen und es wurde nicht nachgefüllt.
