Elpis Studio Apartments

The Studio was clean and the the towels were changed daily The location is also good, near few good beaches, close to Rethymno for shopping and fun. You feel very comfortable by having a very welcoming stuff, but in the same time discrete. If we return to Crete, definitely a place where we will be staying again.

- 5 minutes walking to a beautiful beach, restaurants, other facilities - the room was ok, spacious and looked like recently renovated, bed, bed linen, towels were clean and comfortable, the shower was much better than in the pictures, with hot water (maybe it is not the same in other rooms) - easy check-in and check-out, friendly receptionist - A/C and wi-fi were good There was a kitchenet, a TV in the room and a pool on the territory that I didn't use, so have no comments about it.

- toiletries were not supplemented - the cleaning was resumed to make my bed, to replace my underwear (without asking, quite annoying) and to empty the trash basket

It's an amazing place to stay and everything is nearby. Of course I will come back.

Close to the beach, clean rooms

The toilet was not working. There was no control panel for conditioner in the room. The balcony was going out on pool bar area with music till 12 pm(for family vocations it’s annoying)

The furniture is very outdated, the beds are very uncomfortable, the shower curtain is too shost and results in a wet bathroom after every shower, the whole bathroom is poor
