View was nice but that's the only nice thing about the apartment.

The pool is simply frozen, and you won’t be able to use it all. It’s also quite small. It is not heated and the outdoor space does not get any sunshine (due to the mountain in the background), which makes things even worse. The couch is way too small and broken. I could literally “sink” in it. It was way too uncomfortable. The same applies to the chair. There is awful smell coming from the toilets in both bathrooms. The situation in the bathroom on the ground floor is somehow a bit manageable but on the bathroom on the floor above it was impossible to stand in due to the bad smell. The coffee table in the living room had even scratches on it. The TV was one the smallest TVs I’ve seen in a holiday apartment. There was no door on the shower in the bathroom on the ground floor (!), so you need to be super careful when showring not to make a complete mess. First time I see that too in a holiday apartment. Stands in the bathroom are unstable, and it was impossible to place our shampoos and other products on them. They were simply falling apart. The blow dryer was really sticky with even hair from other people stuck on it. Air conditions were not functioning properly. The sing/basin on the bathroom was broken. The water was not falling off uniformly but rather in a strange way. On top of all that, on the morning one day before departure the cleaner left all her cleaning stuff and a big bag of staff (God knows what was in there) from the apartment next to us right next to the entrance door of the apartment. That’s a clear sign of disrespect. The asking price is way too high for an apartment that is clearly not maintained at all. I, personally, asked for a 150 EUR refund out of 570 paid and of course this was denied by the owner.

The outdoor plants could have been better cared for .They were past their best to say the least The out door furniture was tired for want of a better word .

Overall, a very good place to stay in Corfu. The view is amazing and the place is quite big with a wonderful terrace and pool. The cleaning staff comes once in two days, so the place is also kept very clean. If you plan to visit, please feed the cats that come to the house. The smaller cat is very friendly and actually expects to be fed there, so we believe that visitors have been good to him previously. Another thing, the super market closest to the villa is very expensive, we suggest to shop a little bit further in Joy market or if possible in Lidl – the prices of food are much friendlier there.

The only negative thing we can say is that the communication with the owner is very difficult, but the staff there, especially Andreas, is very helpful.

This villa has been somewhat of a disappointment given the rates. It is in a fantastic location with great views and a lovely pool, but those are the highlights. The beds are extremely firm, which is not my preference, and the kitchen is very sparsely supplied. Just the basics. The biggest issue we had was the smell of the septic tank or sewer emanating from the bathroom. We contacted the owners a few times about it with absolutely no response. I understand if there is little they can do about it, but not responding is unacceptable. We discovered that running the shower helped, but not for long. So, while the villa is okay, be aware that you are on your own if anything goes wrong.

The view is spectacular. Outdoor space is good.

When we arrived, the accomodation was not clean. The surfaces and the floors were sticky, the bathrooms not cleaned up, especially the showers. We found some hairs on the linen , a used toothbrush holder, an old sponge with many dead ants in the kitchen and a lot of insects in the pool. The pool was fixed quickly. At least, the cleaning staff was very friendly and cooperative. At 10 pm, the villa was ok and in the following days as well. On booking, the villa looks larger than in real. The price is too high.

The proximity to the airport and then the beautiful, breathtaking view from the apartment. Also, Brabanti is ideal for exploring the Northern part of the island, we had a rental car and made daily trips to famous beaches and points of view. The apartment is clean and spacious and has air conditioning that works properly.

It was quite unusual to not have any contact with a human being from the rental company/ person, in spite of several attempts. In our case, all went well with finding the key in the door lock and leaving key on the table but we could have used some guidance regarding how to get to property and we had no luck calling the booking number that we had. A minus for a long stay is that there is no dishwasher in the kitchen.

View is amazing. Outside area and pool are amazing. It’s very private.

Downstairs shower and one of bedroom air con units were faulty. Reported and to be fixed.
