Nothing, he do nothing to solve the problems at his apartment...i was suffering 😫 😢

It was a horrible experience 😪, the air conditioner is not working since my check in! I contact the owner, but he didn't do anything! The temperature was 38°with very high humidity all the days of my stay. I have to wait outside the apartment as much as I can in places with air conditioner working in it. The towels also was so old and perforated, the owner told me he will give my back 50% of what I have paid for my stay , but then he didn't do what he promised, claiming that will be in my next stay at his apartment!!

Prima appartement voor een paar dagen in Bologna. Locatie dichtbij station en verbinding met vliegveld is prima. Centrum op ca. 10 tot 15 minuten lopen. Goede voorzieningen, o.a. goede kookgelegenheid, goede bedden.

Er viel eigenlijk niets tegen, alleen misschien dat er geen airconditioning was. Er was wel een ventilator aanwezig

Very nice location close to the train station. Apartment very large with all necessary equipments. Very nice barhroom. Secured building with easy access with elevator. Ceiling very high, nice to stay.

Air conditioning very noisy. But when I was there Windows open were ok to cool the apartment.

Great location, walking distance to all you must see in Bologna, very cosy and comfortable apartment, responsive and helpful host. We enjoyed the weekend!
