Садовый домик с красивым видом на горы. Останавливались на одну ночь. В комнате было все для спокойной ночевки для семьи из 4х человек. Хорошая коммуникация с хозяином, сам заранее связался, объяснил как доехать и все показал.

Основной минус в том, что душевая совмещена с туалетом, из-за чего пол в туалете постоянно мокрый, а в помещении повышенная влажность. Несмотря на то, что домик находится в пешей доступности от центрального парка (30 мин), вечером в темноте было очень сложно найти дорогу назад, даже по навигатору. Завтрак был очень скудный и дорогой по грузинским меркам. Не было ни овощей, ни грузинского сыра, ни варенья, даже масло пришлось просить отдельно, а хлеба полагалось по 2 маленьких кусочка на человека. Останавливались в 7 местах за поездку по Грузии и, увы, это был худший завтрак.

Alex, the owner was lovely and tried to help us as much as he could.

Very cramped. Tiny shower and toilet crammed into the corner of the room. Tons of steps to enter the room. The family have tried really hard and if you were a family of 2 or 3, it might be ok... although needs to be a bit cheaper.

The owner keeps the place clean. It's a good location in peaceful area.

The huts are located close to each other. Unfortunately, our neighbors — a noisy Russian family — did not respect quiet hours and made it difficult for US to sleep.

Everything was good! Friendly host.

Borjomi is one of our favourite Georgian towns and Alex's place is perfect to explore it. With all the local knowledge of what to see and where to eat, Alex and his family are invaluable source of information (not only about town but virtually about anywhere in Georgia). The rooms are nice and cosy and we noticed that we had the best sleep there in ages. All the facilities are present, we didn't feel like missing anything.

There's a bit of a climb to the property from the street level - we enjoyed it as part of the fitness routine but that might be an issue for people with limited mobility
