"Fabulous time in Galichnik"

The staff could not have been more helpful - literally brought a heater down out of the loft for us as we were frozen after getting caught in a storm horse riding in the mountains. Offered to bring dinner to our room and when we went down for dinner they brought my wife a fleece to ensure she was toasty warm. If you stay and you need something that doesn't appear to be there, just ask and they will do their best.
