The difference is in the details, there are no details to make your stay more comfortable, only the bare minimum which can be insufficient for a whole week - enough towels, no paper towels, enough toilet paper, no shower gel, missing kitchen basics, no hanger, no clothes hangers in the wardrobe. The shower is broken - water temperature cannot be adjusted, broken sofa, also the area seems to be known for often power outages, we had to find another place to work for a whole day.

really spacious and clean apartment, with commodities, and have washing machine and a lot of parking places.

Sofa had a problem, on of the sofa leg was broken.

The appartament was clean and really nice to stay in it. It was close to the mall and the bus station and can go anywhere in the town.
