Usor de facut check-in. Cald si destul de curat. Daca nu ai asteptari si pretentii mari, si mai ales daca nu esti cu masina, te ajuta ca pozitionare (in centrul orasului / buricul targului). Pretul decent (totusi nu reflecta nivelul calitativ primit).

Ca toate cazarile din Centrul Vechi, daca esti cu masina, mai bine evita zona. E nebunie cu parcarile. La fel, ca marea majoritate a cazarilor din aceasta zona, sunt locatii vechi mai mult sau mai putin renovate; niciodata comfortul nu se va compara cu cazarile din zone cu constructii noi in Brasov. Loc de servirea mesei cam restrans, curatenia / gradul de renovare acceptaabil (baia mai are nevoie de investitii mici). Patul principal are salteaua degradata, pe o parte are o imensa gaura (e lasata in jos / prabusita cca 20cm in adancime pe o raza a "gaurii" de cca 50cm - trebuie inlocuita de urgenta (se poate folosi doar un loc de dormit din cele doua, oricat de indulgent ai vrea sa fii).

Poziționată ok. Apreciez ca are loc de fumat

Foarte murdară. Pânze de păianjen, mucegai peste tot mai ales în dulapuri la bucătărie. Ușa s a blocat si ne a luat 30 de minute sa o deschidem.

Die Lage war top.

Sehr dunkel, leider ging die Heizung nicht und es war sehr kalt. Das Bett im Wohnbereich war zwar groß jedoch nicht vollständig montiert. Außerdem hat ein Teil der Latten im Lattenrost gefehlt und mussten von uns erst montiert werden. Die Fernbedienung des TV hat trotz Batterriewechsel nicht funktioniert. Insgesamt wäre eine solide Grundreinigung und Funktionsprüfung notwendig gewesen. Für den Preis war es leider nicht so schön.
