Brasov Holiday Residence

Clean, good location, hot water and central heating, good communication, recently renovated and new furniture.

No balcony, no breakfast options, uncomfortable bed( some squeaky plastic protection on the mattress, under the sheets) no table or chairs in the top floor apartment, no dedicated parking space( it was difficult to find a parking space and we had to pay a daily fee), some type of artificial grass or green carpet on the exterior stairs that would get soaked during rainy weather.

for the 2 bedroom apartament, there is only one toilet accessible through the bigger bedroom

The location and the size of the property was great, good value for money.

The location

Angela was very accommodating and quick to reply to my messages. Excellent location, 5min from the main city square. Good bathroom with very hot water. Clean bedding and enough storage for our clothes. Security cameras in the hallway and entrance with a code.

We stayed on the top floor, in room number 5. That room looked like an extra addition on top of the building. It did get hot when the temperature outside was +30. Maybe the lower rooms are somehow cooler, but number 5 needs an AC. Also bathroom window did not have a mosquito net, so we were reluctant on leaving it open all the time. The street can get very busy early in the morning.

Not that much about not liking it bur more as suggestion for improvement: 1. Kitchen fabric towels 2. A place to hang your clothes
